We are richer than ever before. We live longer, own more property and induldge in greater luxuries. So why aren't we getting any happier? One concern, above all, keeps us awake at night: status. Am I a success? Have I made it? Do I have the right car, the right clothes? Do people think I'm a loser and should I really care?

In this speech Charlie Chaplin in ‘The Great Dictator' gives to us, as broad society, a suggestion on how to overcome much of the problems of anxiety in the world. I find this inspiring and moving.

It is a fact that no one wants to experience troubles and heartaches. Unfortunately, problems are a huge part of life and co-exist with nearly everything that you do. This is even more evident in the modern society where stress factors seem to come from all direction.
