Individual Psychotherapy

I provide individual counselling & psychotherapy in Sydney city center as guided experience to reflect around life changes for those men and women eager to learn about themselves. In person, face to face psychotherapy is ideal when you are wishing to deal with anything from anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and lack of confidence, phobias and many other limiting personal issues.

Individual psychotherapy is a powerful healing process that I integrate with the deep wisdom of Existential Psychology, Self-Psychology, Jungian archetypes and the current clinical studies on the healing qualities of Psychodynamic therapy.

Online Psychotherapy (Skype)

There are many advantages in seeing a therapist in person, but still others choose online psychotherapy. I offer both and, in my experience, neither can be considered as better than the other; they are simply different. Each approach has its own advantages and benefits.

Online Psychotherapy can be as effective as Face to Face psychotherapy in my Sydney office. In both instances their success depends a lot on the client and counsellor engagement. Often a person responds better in online psychotherapy sessions than in-person sessions, since he or she feels more anonymous and more open to disclose, and this can be beneficial.

Italian Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy and counselling in Italian for Italian people. I am a friendly and emphatic male psychotherapist and counsellor providing psychotherapy services in Italian language. We can meet in person in my Sydney office or schedule an online Psychotherapy session in Italian using Zoom or Skype.

Relationship Counselling

Love relationships impose more demands on an individual than any other form of relationships. Couple relationships evolve through stages at different times. If something in your relationship is not working relationship counselling can help in exploring together what relationship stage you are in right now.

If your relationship is in crisis, one reason may be that your relationship is facing a changing stage. Relationship counselling will facilitate discovering the couple's developmental stages. These stages are necessary in relationships and are not fixed and they may repeat overtime. The romantic stage may feel as gone or moved to the background and most monogamous relationships pass through a similar stage.
